Privacy — Arvor Eleições

Version dated October 29, 2026

This policy covers the Arvor Eleições plugin, MCP query service and product pages. Queries use public election data and do not require an Arvor account.

1. Operator and scope

Arvor operates Arvor Eleições. This policy covers processing by Arvor in this integration. It supplements the institutional policy on product pages and when contacting support. It does not replace the policy of your chosen AI platform.

2. What a query sends

The service receives the tool name and its parameters, such as year, round, state, municipality, electoral zone, polling place and polling section. It also receives connection metadata, which may include IP address, time, headers and error information.

The integration is designed to receive structured parameters, not the entire conversation. The AI client determines which parameters it sends. Do not enter voter names, voter registration numbers, personal identifiers, individual votes, credentials or other personal data into query fields.

3. Purpose

Parameters are used to locate public records, calculate requested results and return coverage and source information. Technical data may be processed to deliver the service, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. The endpoint does not run an AI model: natural-language answers are generated by your chosen platform.

4. Storage and infrastructure

The query service code does not maintain its own query or conversation history. To limit abuse, it temporarily holds an IP-derived identifier in memory without persisting the IP in the application. This does not mean that technical records are absent: Vercel and Cloudflare may process them to host, deliver and protect the service. Actual retention depends on these providers' settings and policies; we do not promise immediate deletion or connection anonymity.

The election dataset is a collection of public records, separate from parameters received in each query. The service does not maintain voter profiles or attempt to associate a person with an individual vote.

5. AI platforms and other services

When you use the plugin in ChatGPT or another client, that platform processes your conversation, submitted parameters and returned results under its own terms and policies. MCP responses return to the client that initiated the query. Arvor does not control conversation retention in that client.

Vercel and Cloudflare provide service infrastructure and may process data internationally. You can request information about technical records or a specific case through the contact channel below.

6. Website browsing and support

Product pages inherit Google Analytics from the institutional website. Browsing may involve analytics cookies and identifiers independently of MCP queries. The support form receives the information you enter and is covered by the institutional policy linked below.

To report an election data issue, provide the year, round, location and record reference. Do not send voters' personal data or a complete conversation when unnecessary.

7. Requests and corrections

Use the contact channel to request information about processing, access, correction or deletion of personal data related to the service. Specify that your request concerns Arvor Eleições. We will review the request and available information without requiring personal voter data to access the dataset.

Dataset errors can be reported with their source and record identifier. A correction to Arvor's presentation does not change the source agency's official record.

8. Updates

The date above identifies this version. Changes to infrastructure, received data or integration behavior should be reflected on this page.
