Terms of Use — Arvor Eleições
Version dated October 29, 2026
Arvor Eleições organizes public election data for querying and analysis. These terms apply to its plugin, MCP service and dedicated product pages.
1. Service and access
By using Arvor Eleições, you agree to these conditions. The service provides read-only queries over public data. Queries to Arvor do not require a login; your AI client may require an account and have its own conditions or charges.
Public plugin directory publication is still being prepared. The existence of this page or endpoint does not imply approval or availability in OpenAI's directory.
2. Coverage and updates
The initial version contains 1,942,450 polling-section and round records with presidential results from both rounds of 2022 and 2026, in the October 29, 2026 snapshot. Sections recur across elections and rounds; this is not a count of people or votes.
Supplementary analyses have their own coverage. Log, machine-model and timestamp data are not available equally for every year. The collection is a snapshot, not live election reporting, and may be corrected. Identify version, scope and source when reusing results.
3. Responsible interpretation
Aggregate results do not identify an individual's vote. Receipt delays, inconsistent clocks and differences between machine models require context; on their own, they do not prove fraud or interference.
Check original data, denominators, time zones and methodology before publishing conclusions. An AI-generated answer can be wrong even when the queried data is correct.
4. Permitted use and service protection
You may use queries for research, journalism, education and public-data exploration. Respect technical limits and source conditions. Do not attempt to modify the collection through the endpoint, bypass safeguards, overload the service, obtain secrets or reidentify voters.
Do not present partial data, subsets or generated results as official certification. Credit the original source and Arvor when using analyses or transformations produced by Arvor.
5. Sources, authorship and independence
Source data retains its applicable usage and attribution conditions. Inclusion in the collection does not transfer third-party rights. Arvor branding, presentation and analyses are distinct from official data.
Arvor Eleições is not an official TSE service. References to TSE or OpenAI describe sources or integrations, not endorsement.
6. Availability and limitations
The service may experience interruptions, coverage changes, query limits or corrections. Continuous updates, completeness for every question and error-free results are not guaranteed. These conditions do not seek to limit rights that applicable rules do not allow to be limited.
7. Privacy, contact and versions
Handling of query parameters, technical records and support messages is explained in the Arvor Eleições privacy policy. Send questions, issues and correction requests through the support channel below.
The date above identifies these terms. Changes in scope and service conditions will be reflected on this page.
